Preschool Winter Alphabet Centers

You guys!!  I have been wanting to get these preschool winter alphabet centers to you for so long, but you know a funeral and a new baby trumped it all for quite a bit!  But I am excited to finally be on the other side of all that and to be able to share these with you!  I created these for all the moms like me!  I love to do learning activities every day with my kids, but I HATE spending hours searching on line to find the right activities.  Well, don’t worry.  I’ve got you covered now!  I have created 20 alphabet centers, one for every week day of the month!  So if you are working with your little one at home, you have a new activity for every day!!

If you are a classroom teacher, these would be perfect centers!  And if you don’t need 20 centers, you also have the option of just purchasing one week! Keep reading to see what is in each week!

Week 1 Includes:

Snowman Letter Tracing

Snowball Alphabet Mats

Winter Alphabet Clip Cards

Winter Alphabet Roll and Cover

Gingerbread Alphabet Sensory Bin Match

Each week includes five centers, and week one gives students the opportunity to practice handwriting and letter and sound recognition.  We loved these winter letter building mats!  Grab some cotton balls for your snowballs and even practice letter sounds with the bonus beginning sound find at the side.

If you are looking to check out the centers before you buy, you can check out my winter alphabet clip cards that I offer to my subscribers for free.  You can see more about these cards HERE.  Or see a preview of all of week one’s centers HERE

Week 2 Includes:

Snowball Alphabet Letter Sort

Winter Alphabet Spin and Win

Winter Alphabet Find and Cover

Build Your Alphabet Snowman

Winter Write the Room

I understand that kids learn at all different paces so I made these centers to cover as many different levels as possible.  So most of the centers in this bundle include options for uppercase, lowercase and beginning sounds.  So no matter where your child is in their development, these centers will work for them!  For example, the Find and Cover center above comes in an uppercase set, a lowercase set, and a beginning sounds set.  As we were doing these, my son said, “Mom, this is really fun!”  And isn’t that always one of our goals?  To make learning fun!!

Week 3 Includes:

Winter Alphabet Sensory Letter Match

Winter Alphabet Color Code Pictures

Winter Alphabet I Spy Pictures

Winter Alphabet Puzzles

Winter Alphabet Q-tip Letters

The winter alphabet puzzles above come from the week 3 pack.  We jazzed up our puzzles by add them into a sensory bin.  Because doesn’t a sensory bin always bring the excitement to the next level?  When you are done with the puzzles, make sure you keep that sensory bin and use it in the free week 3 sample sensory letter match activity.  Become a subscriber and grab it for free HERE.  Or see a preview of all of week 3 HERE.

Week 4 Includes:

Winter Alphabet Board Game

Winter Alphabet Find and Dot

Winter Alphabet Card Game- Go Melt

Winter Alphabet Bingo

Winter Alphabet Bump

Can I tell you a secret?  I think the fourth week ended up being my favorite week!!  We used dot markers in our find and dot.  Played a board and card game and played bingo!  If you are home with your kiddo and can only get one week (I get it!!) this is the week I would recommend this one!  See a full preview of week 4 HERE.
