Summer Counting Cards 1-10
I know many of you have been asking for some number and math resources and I made these free summer counting cards with you in mind! I have been working on number recognition with my preschooler. We try to do simple activities that give him lots of exposure to numbers 1-10. This free activity is a great way to get one to one correspondence practice and a low key way to get more number exposure.

What You Need:
– Summer Counting Cards (Free at the end of this post)
–Mini Erasers (or clothes pins or dot markers)
How to Play:
First, you want to print your Free Summer Counting Cards and cut them apart! If you want to use clothes pins I would suggest you print the cards on cardstock.
Now you can give one card at a time to your preschooler. They will need to count how many rays are on on the sun on that card.
Once they have counted the rays they can look at the numbers on the right side and put their mini eraser on the correct number.
Continue this until you have completed all the cards. You can also use clothes pins or dot markers instead of mini erasers if you want! Or if you are interested in digital products, I am also making these cards into digital task cards as Boom Cards. Your child can practice them online over and over! They are in my store HERE.
