Alphabet Donut Game.

This Alphabet Donut Game is so colorful and perfect for letter recognition!  I made this activity in both uppercase and lowercase versions so you can mix and match to work on whatever skills you need.  And don’t forget you can always add in letter sounds when playing to make those important connections too!

What You Need:

– Delicious Donuts Printable Alphabet Game (free at the end of the post!)

– Scissors

–Mini Erasers, or Math Cubes 

How to Play:

Print off your Delicious Donuts Alphabet Game.  Cut apart the donut alphabet cards.  You will need to decide if you want to use the uppercase version, the lowercase version or mix and match.  You only need to print and cut apart the version you want to use!

Let each player pick a Donut Board and grab a pile of mini erasers or math cubes.  One player draws a donut card, and identifies the letter or the sound on the card. Then have the player check their Donut Board to see if they have the matching letter. 

If the player’s Donut Board has a match then cover it with your math cube or mini eraser.  If there is no match on the player’s Donut Board then put the card back and continue play. Players will continue taking turns until one player has all the letters on their board covered!
