How To Play:
– First, print off your Valentine’s Name Craftivity. I have provided hearts for uppercase, lowercase, and blank hearts if you want your child to write their own letters. You can decide which letters you want to use ahead of time.
After everything is printed you can let your child start to color! Let them color the big llama, the heart frame border sheet first. Then depending on what level your child is at, you can turn to the hearts.
If they are familiar with their name you can have them find the letters in their name on the big sheet and color them in! If they aren’t as familiar with their name you can cut out the letters they need ahead of time and introduce the letters in their name. One final option is to use the blank hearts and have your child write the letters in their name on their own!
When all of the pieces are colored it’s time to put the craft together!! If your child is able, you can let them cut apart the llama and the heart cards. Don’t worry about it being perfect! If the details are too hard in the llama, they can just cut a big circle around it! Or if you need to, you can help cut them out too!
Now it’s time to glue everything together! Glue the large heart border paper onto the white strip below the llama. Finally, glue the name letters in the blank space. Now you are done! Hang it up and admire your work and your child will get to see their name everyday too!
