Leaf Color Book
I love interactive books and this leaf color book is a simple way to let your preschooler get involved in making this book. Your child can practice their cutting and pasting skills and color recognition with this activity. You could even print this on cardstock and keep the book to read again and again. So many ways to play and learn with this freebie!

What You Need for this Leaf Color Book Activity:
– Leaf Color Book Printable (free at the end of the post!)
– Scissors
How to Play:
Print off the Leaf Color Book. Cut apart the pages. You can decide if you want to cut apart the leaves for your child or if they are able to cut apart the rectangles themselves. Whichever option you choose, the leaves should be cut apart.
Next, read one page at a time together with your child. After you read each page, have your child find the matching colored leaves and glue them to that page. Continue with each color until all the leaves are glued.
Other ways you can play is to use the white leaves and let your child color them the correct colors! Or go on a nature walk and collect leaves of different colors and glue the actual leaves to your paper. Keep your book and read it together over and over!
