Christmas Light Bingo Game

This week’s Christmas Light Bingo Game will help you with one of my favorite traditions!  If you follow me on Instagram HERE, you may have seen me talking about all my favorite traditions, and this week we are jumping in the car and looking at Christmas lights!!!  Each Christmas season we pick a night and get in our pjs and go look at Christmas lights.  Our paper usually publishes the locations of some of the fancy displays that are complete with music and all!  And while we love those, we love playing this Christmas Light Bingo game even more.  Keep reading to grab your own copy!

What You Need:

– Christmas Light Bingo printable (Free at the end of this post)

– clipboard (optional)

– Markers

How to Play:

First, you are going to print off your Christmas Light Bingo game sheets.  We always grab clipboards or big hardcover books so we have a hard surface to write on in the car.  Don’t forget a marker.  And just a mom tip for you, bring extras because your young children are bound to drop them resulting in a meltdown…not that we have ever had that happen!!!

Now for the fun!  Drive around and look for the things on your Bingo card in the light displays.  If you have young kids I recommend doing it all together!  You can even print multiple copies of the same bingo board so everyone gets bingo at the same time.  We really like to go for the blackout and find everything!  And we also have a rule that you can only mark one thing off per a house!!

If you are up for more of a challenge see who gets a Bingo first!  We still like to call out when we see something, but the download includes 4 unique boards so one person will most likely get five in a row first.  You could even have a special treat for the winner.  And maybe runner up treats too!  🙂

And you could even use this as a regular old bingo game.  I was looking for something to keep my kids busy after school this week, so I printed an extra board, cut up the squares and we played some bingo until dad got home from work!
