Alphabet Zap Game
This Alphabet Zap Game is such a simple activity, but kids LOVE it! You can play it over and over and will get a different result each time! I also have both uppercase and lowercase versions included. And don’t forget you can always add letter sounds by asking your child to identify not just the letter name, but also the sound.

How to Play:
Print and Cut out the Alphabet Zap Cards. Put all the cards into a bucket or basket. You can play this game with just you and your preschooler or if you have multiple kids you can all play. To begin play the first player will draw a card from the bucket. They get to identify the letter on the card drawn.Â
If the player correctly identifies the letter then they keep the card and play continues to the next player. Play continues until a player pulls a ZAP card. This means that the player looses all the cards they have accumulated and puts them back into the bucket. Since this game can continue like this over and over so we usually put a time limit on the game. We may play for 10 minutes and then count our cards. The winner has the most cards!
The fact that the game can change at any minute makes this a preschool favorite! It is easy to set up and can be played over and over!
