Preschool Heart Alphabet Game

Valentines is just around the corner, so I figured I better share with you all a fun preschool heart alphabet game!  This game is a fun mixture of math and letter recognition!  It comes with 2 game boards, but you can print more and use this as a center in the classroom!  Or like us, you can use it at home with your little learners!

Scissors

How to Play:

First, print off your Happy Hearts game.  I highly recommend you print it off in card stock.  This will keep the cards from being too transparent.  Cut apart the happy hearts boards and the letter and heart cards.  If you want extra durability laminate these before cutting them out!

Next, put your cards in a stack face down.  Give each player 10 mini erasers and a happy hearts board.  Player one draws a card.  If it is a letter card they can tell you what letter they drew.  If they draw a heart card they can count how many hearts are on the card and add that many mini erasers to their board.

Player 2 repeats the same steps.  Play continues back and forth until one player has covered all 10 of their squares.  If you want to make this harder have your kids tell you a word that begins with that letter.  Make sure you post a picture and tag me if you use this one!  Enjoy loving and learning, friends!!
