How to Use Alphabet Basketball:
First, print off your Alphabet Basketball cards and recording sheet. Cut apart the cards. Now set up your trash can or box a short distance away from your child.  Let your child draw one basketball card and identify the letter on it. Now comes the fun part! Let your child crumble the card up into a ball and try to make a basket by toss the crumpled card into the trash can.Â
If they make the basket they can find the matching basketball on the recording sheet and color it orange. If they do not make the basket they can color the matching letter basketball blue. Don’t forget that if they are having trouble making the basket, you can have them take a step forward or step backward if it is too easy to make the basket!
I have also included both uppercase and lowercase versions. So you could match uppercase to uppercase, lowercase to lowercase or uppercase to lowercase! You choose what is right for your child!
