How to Use this Halloween Number Activity:
First, print off the costume cards and recording sheet. Cut apart the costume cards. While you child is slipping on their favorite dress up costume you can hide the costume cards all over your house. Try to remember where you hide them because there always seems to be one missing card at the end!!
Now that your child is ready, let them know you need their help getting all the kids in the correct order for their costume parade. Their job is to search through the house and find a costume card. When the find the card, identify the number on the card. Then cut out the matching costume picture from the recording sheet and glue it to the correct number on the recording sheet.
Once you have found and recorded each costume, the kids will be in the correct order for their parade! Maybe it’s time for you to have your own costume parade too!!
